The beginning of a new financial year has us all looking forward to what lies ahead, particularly in regards to the well-being and development of our businesses.

On this note, the directors of Redchip are delighted to announce the appointment of four new Associates to our firm as of 1 July 2013. Our congratulations extend to Emily O’Brien, Tim Gerbanas and Trent Akhurst on their new positions.

We see these four bright young individuals as key players in carrying our business into the future. Their promotion reflects our confidence and appreciation for their professionalism, hard work, diligence and dedication to the firm. They have all done an outstanding job and recognition of this kind is well deserved.

Emily O’Brien

Joining Redchip in 2010, it was Emily’s considerate manner, supreme organisation and quiet confidence that quickly led her to become the right hand woman in our Business Structures and Estate Planning team. Somehow managing to juggle it all, Emily is continuously involved with numerous business development activities within the practice while also continuing to provide the high level of advice and client support she is known for.

Tim Gerbanas

Tim also joined Redchip in 2012 and immediately fit into the culture of the firm. His commercial mindset and positive demeanour quickly gained him the trust of some of our biggest clients, with his initiative and hard work achieving their desired results and respect. Tim works primarily in our Commercial and Corporate Advisory team where he applies the strategic knowledge he has developed from his experience in the commercial and litigation sectors.

Trent Akhurst

Trent’s dedication and drive as a lawyer have been apparent since he began with Redchip in 2011. His strong focus on industry knowledge and involvement has taken him from strength to strength. Trent is passionate about his work in the Property and Projects sector, achieving praise from his clients, contacts and colleagues for his thorough work, commercial focus and overall ease to work with.

We are excited by these latest firm developments and hope you will join us in congratulating Emily, Tim and Trent on their promotions.
