We are seeking a driven real estate lawyer (5+ years PAE) to join our expanding team of commercial property experts.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of leasing and general property transactions and strive for commercial outcomes.
The Opportunity
This role offers a dedicated senior property lawyer a fulfilling and stimulating workload, with a mix of leasing, commercial acquisitions and disposals, development work and general property advisory work.
You will work with industry-leading brands on transactions valued over $30M, and receive leadership and guidance by experienced commercial property experts Robert Lalor and Rhennen Ford. You will have direct client contact and the ability to work autonomously, however the firm houses a number of experienced lawyers in each practice area who are always available for guidance.
It is essential that you possess:
- Minimum 5 years post admission property law experience with a reputable firm;
- Soundly developed core technical skills;
- The ability to mentor junior staff;
- The ability to autonomously manage client relationships and files through to conclusion; and
- A willingness to learn and stretch yourself.

We’re seeking a dedicated Estate Planning professional to join our team.
The Opportunity
This opportunity allows you to work with our expert team and autonomously manage estate planning and administration matters, including:
- Preparing proposals;
- Taking client meetings;
- Drafting documents; and
- Providing advice.
You will be supported in this role by leaders in the estate planning field, Ian Tindale and Emily O’Brien.
As Redchip’s core services lie in the commercial arena, many of our estate planning clients are business owners with complex structures and considerations. This allows you to connect with interesting clients across our firm and use your problem-solving skills to devise creative solutions.
This is a fulfilling role that is suited to an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal or a Junior Lawyer wishing to dedicate their career to estate planning and administration.
What you’ll need to succeed
A working history in Estate Planning with soundly developed core technical skills;
- A professional and positive attitude;
- A desire to provide excellent client service;
- The ability to autonomously manage client relationships and files through to conclusion;
- Commissioner of Declarations or Justice of the Peace qualification.
