Advised seller on the sale of shares in family-owned business, Retailquip, to international buyer, Finnish logistics company K.Hartwall.
Retailquip offers a range of material handling equipment and supply chain solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Managing Director of Retailquip, Clare Hart-Davies, will continue managing the operations of the business.
